恶性肿瘤所致疼痛（俗称癌痛）是恶性肿瘤最常见的并发症之一。1982年世界卫生组织成立了癌痛治疗专业委员会，提出了20O0年达到在全世界“使癌症病人不痛”的目标。我国自1990年以来多次召开全国性癌症疼痛治疗会议，1991年4月卫生部下达了关于开展“癌症病人三级止痛阶梯治疗
Pain caused by malignant tumors (commonly known as cancer pain) is one of the most common complications of malignant tumors. In 1982, the World Health Organization established the Cancer Pain Treatment Committee and proposed that in the year 20O0, it should reach the goal of “making cancer patients painless” throughout the world. Since 1990, China has held many national conferences on the treatment of cancer pain. In April 1991, the Ministry of Health issued the “step-by-step treatment for the treatment of cancer patients.
