目的:研究健脾生血颗粒(党参、山药、茯苓等)的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶色谱法及半制备型高效液相色谱法进行分离、纯化,并根据化合物的理化常数及核磁、质谱等谱图数据鉴定结构。结果:从健脾生血颗粒的乙酸乙酯萃取部位中分离得到8个化合物,分别为甲基麦冬黄烷酮A(1)、3′-甲氧基黄豆苷元(2)、棕榈酸(3)、齐墩果酸(4)、腺嘌呤(5)、儿茶素(6)、芒柄花黄素(7)、甘草素(8)。结论:化合物1~8均为首次从健脾生血颗粒中分离得到,化合物(2)在健脾生血颗粒处方中为首次报道。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Jianpi Shengxue Granules (Codonopsis, yams, Poria, etc.). METHODS: Silica gel chromatography and semi-preparative HPLC were used to separate and purify the compounds. The structures were identified based on physicochemical constants, NMR and MS spectra. Results: Eight compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of Jianpi Shengxue Granules, which were Methyl Ophiopogon A (1), 3’-methoxy daidzin (2), palmitic acid 3), oleanolic acid (4), adenine (5), catechin (6), manganicacein (7), and liquiritigenin (8). CONCLUSION: Compounds 1 to 8 were isolated from Jianpi Shengxue granules for the first time. Compound (2) was first reported in the formulation of Jianpi Shengxue granules.
