据国内外资料统计,履带式机械的行走装置故障约占整机故障率的50~70%,修理工时和修理费用占整机修理工时和修理费用的60~70%。推土机使用寿命的长短在很大程度(约50%)上取决于行走装置的技术状况。另外,行走装置的修理,普遍存在质次价高的问题。因此,搞好行走装置的维修,对于提高履带式机械的完好率和降低修理成本,具有重要意义。本文试图从系统工程的观点,探索行走装置维修的方法。
According to statistics from both home and abroad, the failure of crawler-mounted walking device accounts for about 50% to 70% of the total failure rate of the whole machine. The repairman’s time and repair costs account for 60% to 70% of the total repair time and repair costs.
