一、心绞痛症状疗效评定标准 (一)心纹痛症状分级:为了评定心绞痛的轻重,作如下分级。 1.轻度:有较典型的心绞痛发作,每次持续时间数分钟,每周疼痛至少发作2～3次或每日发作1～3次,但疼痛不重,有时需口含硝酸甘油。 2.中度:每天有数次较典型的心绞痛发作,每次持续数分钟到十分钟左右,心绞痛较重,一般都需口含硝酸甘油类制剂。
