运用XRD、TPD-MS及色谱-微反流动法等手段,研究了Pd-CuO/γ-Al2O3双金属催化剂物相结构、表面氧性能及对催化活性的影响。结果表明,双金属催化剂中由于Pd-CuO间的相互作用,使催化剂活性组份的表面分散状态发生了变化。研究还表明不同的Pd/CuO比对CO和CH4的氧化具有不同的活性,可通过调变活性组份含量比,改善催化剂上氧的吸、脱附行为,从而起到提高活性的作用。
The phase structure, surface oxygen properties and catalytic activity of Pd-CuO / γ-Al2O3 bimetallic catalysts were investigated by XRD, TPD-MS and chromatographic-micro-reverse flow methods. The results show that the surface dispersion of the active component of the catalyst changes due to the interaction between Pd-CuO in the bimetallic catalyst. The results also show that different Pd / CuO ratio have different activities on the oxidation of CO and CH4, and can improve the activity by adjusting the content of active component and improving the adsorption and desorption of oxygen on the catalyst.
