目的:分析小肠转移性肿瘤的临床及病理组织学特征。方法:回顾性分析经手术治疗的4例小肠转移性肿瘤患者的临床资料、病理资料及随访结果。结果:4例均以腹痛为突出表现,伴有肠套叠或肠梗阻症状,术后预后差,多数患者在1年内死亡。结论:小肠转移性肿瘤是一种罕见的疾病,应引起重视,避免误诊和误治。
Objective: To analyze the clinical and histopathological features of metastatic small intestine. Methods: The clinical data, pathological data and follow-up results of 4 patients with metastatic small intestinal tumor who underwent surgery were retrospectively analyzed. Results: All 4 cases were characterized by abdominal pain with intussusception or intestinal obstruction. The postoperative prognosis was poor. Most patients died within 1 year. Conclusions: Small intestinal metastatic tumor is a rare disease that should be paid attention to avoid misdiagnosis and mistreatment.
