今年以来,全省上下坚决贯彻江泽民总书记“三个代表”重要思想和中央一系列方针政策,我省经济继续保持了良好的发展态势。1—9月,全省国内生产总值增长9.2%,全社会固定资产投资增长15.2%,社会消费品零售总额增长10.2%,进出口总额增长12.9%,实际利用外资增长44.7%,财政总收入增长13.2%。在经济保持较快增长速度的同时,经济结构调整取得了新的进展,农业产业化步伐加快,工业结构调整成效初步显现,第三产业快速发展,特别是旅游、房地产、通信等行业呈现旺盛的增长势头,经济运行的质量明显提高,经济效益明显改善。
