目的 了解平顶山市县级疾控中心(CDC)实验室检测能力,为政府决策提供数据支持.方法 对平顶山市8个县级CDC实验室进行调查,调查内容包括实验室面积、人力资源情况、在用设备、开展项目情况和实验室类型等.结果 8个县级CDC平均总建筑面积为2 684 m2,平均实验用房比例为23.62%.人员初级及以下职称占58.00%;大专及以下学历占74.00%;检验人员占专业技术人员比例为16.72%;5年内,实验室工作人员共减少12.79%.平均拥有A类设备种类数(33种)和台件数(50件)占国标比例分别为84.62%和81.97%.平均A类(53项)和B类(5项)项目开展率分别为44.92%和8.20%.均未设置分子生物学实验室.结论 建议加大政府投入,加强设备分类配置,加强队伍建设,及时更新实验室建设和仪器装备标准,不断提升实验室检测能力.“,”Objective The investigation aimed to assess the detection ability of laboratory in county disease control and prevention institutions in Pingdingshan,so as to provide a reference for government decision.Methods 8 laboratories of center for disease control and prevention(CDC) in Pingdingshan were investigated,including areas of laboratory,human resources,equipments,projects carried out and types of laboratory.Results The average total area of 8 CDCs was 2 684 m2,and the average proportion of laboratory area was 23.62%.The proportion of the primary title and under was 58.00%,the proportion of the college graduated and under was 74.00%,and the proportion of professional inspector was 16.72%.The number of laboratory staff was decreased by 12.79% within 5 years.The average proportions of equipments were respectively 84.62% (33) and 81.97% (50) in category and quantity.The average proportions of projects carried out were respectively 44.92% (53) and 8.20% (5) in A and B class projects.Molecular biology laboratoris were all not set up.Conclusion Government investment,rational distribution of equipments,team building and standard update should be enhanced so as to improve the detection ability.
