【目的】研究铧式犁在烤烟种植的耕整地环节的重要作用,阐明目前现有犁耕机械的存在问题和主要原因。【方法】通过在云南省曲靖市沾益大坡乡烟田进行的犁耕试验,分析现有常用犁耕机械的作业性能及存在问题,找出影响机械耕作质量的原因,并提出加大耕深的建议。【结果】云南地区特有的红土土壤坚实度较高,影响铧式犁的入土深度,牵引拖拉机会出现打滑,一次犁耕后,耕深没能满足烟草种植的耕深要求,二次犁耕耕深和行进速度提高了27.57%和83.20%。【结论】云南曲靖地区春季干旱少雨,土壤板结,干燥的土地表层覆土影响牵引拖拉机的附着力,出现打滑,烟田需进行二次犁耕。
【Objective】 The purpose of this study is to study the important role of the plow in plowing and tillage in flue-cured tobacco planting, and to clarify the existing problems and the main causes of the existing plow machinery. 【Method】 The plowing experiments conducted in the tobacco fields of Zhayi Dapo Township, Qujing City, Yunnan Province, analyzed the operational performance and existing problems of existing plowing machines and found out the reasons that affect the quality of mechanical plowing. Deep suggestion. 【Result】 The results showed that the clay soil of endemic red soil in Yunnan Province had a high degree of solidity, which affected the penetration depth of the plow and dragged tractors. After a plowing, the deep plowing did not meet the requirement of deep plowing for tobacco cultivation. Depth and travel speed increased by 27.57% and 83.20%. 【Conclusion】 Spring in Qujing, Yunnan province suffered from aridity in spring, soil compaction and dry soil surface covering affect traction tractor’s adhesion, slipping, tobacco plow needs secondary plowing.
