中国钢结构协会第一届第一次理事会于一九八四年六月十二日通过的《中国钢结构协会章程》,执行两年多来,对协会工作起了积极的指导作用。随着协会活动的开展和新形势下对协会工作的要求,其中某些条款与实际情况有不相适应之处,根据理事和代表们提出的建设性意见,对原章程进行了补充修改。经协会第一届第二次理事会讨论并一致通过,中国钢协自即日起执行新的章程。关于会费问题,常务理事会责成协会秘书处起草收费标准与办法,经常务理事会审议后执行。
The “China Steel Structure Association”, which was passed by the first meeting of the first session of the China Steel Construction Association on June 12, 1984, has been actively guiding the work of the association since its implementation for more than two years. With the development of the association’s activities and the requirements for the work of the association under the new situation, some of the clauses are incompatible with the actual situation. According to the constructive opinions put forward by the directors and representatives, the original constitution has been amended. After the first meeting of the first session of the association was discussed and unanimously passed, the China Steel Association will implement the new regulations from the very day. With regard to the issue of membership fees, the Standing Committee instructed the secretariat of the association to draft the standards and methods for charging, and implement it after review by the regular council.
