From May to June 1992, 63 cases of typhoid fever were found in Chengguan Town of our county within a short period of time, which was the first outbreak in our county. The epidemic was caused by tap water pollution and the report is as follows. First, the prevalence of the first cases found in early May, the end of June epidemic. 63 cases were concentrated in Chengguan Town, including 32 males and 31 females, the youngest age of 1 year old, maximum 45 years old, mostly in 6 to 30 years old,
