为进一步提升我国对外开放水平,十二五规划提出了加快实施“走出去”战略的重要指示。十二五期间,我国将处于“走出去”的关键时期。为探索中国银行业如何在十二五“走出去”战略中把握先机,及时地开展产品创新,成为企业顺利“走出去”的强有力支撑,国家发展和改革委员会国际合作中心研究部与中国工商银行产品创新管理部启动了《十二五规划“走出去”战略对中国银行业的影响和机会》课题研究。本文节选了报告的部分内容,提出了银行在“走出去”大背景下产品与服务的创新方向,旨在为中国银行业开展支持企业“走出去”的金融服务提供参考。
In order to further enhance the level of China’s opening to the outside world, the 12th Five-Year Plan has set forth important instructions for accelerating the implementation of the “going out” strategy. During the 12th five-year plan, our country will be at a critical period of “going out”. In order to explore how China’s banking sector can take the lead in its 12th Five-Year “Going Global” strategy and launch product innovation in a timely manner, it has become a strong support for the smooth running of the enterprise and the “International Cooperation Center” of the National Development and Reform Commission Research Department and Product Innovation Management Department of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China launched the “Twelfth Five-year Plan” Going Global “Impact and Opportunity of Strategy on China’s Banking Industry”. This paper excerpts part of the report and puts forward the innovation direction of products and services under the background of “Going Global ”. The purpose of this article is to provide a reference for the Chinese banking industry to support financial services of “Going Global”.
