公安改革被放在国家深化改革的突出地位。目前大力推进的公安改革,聚焦于提高人民群众的安全感、满意度,使人民群众在每一起执法活动中都可以感受到社会公平正义。改革的实践,从社会效果上来说,也需要广大人民群众参与、支持。而基层公安工作的复杂性,更需要我们有清醒的认识。为此,我们编发了吉林大学国家“2011计划”司法文明协同创新中心博士研究生于龙刚在基层派出所的调研文章,以提供一个思考的角度。
Public security reform has been placed on the prominence of the state’s deepening reform. At present, the reform of public security, which is vigorously promoted, focuses on raising the people’s sense of security and satisfaction so that the people can feel social fairness and justice in every law enforcement activity. The practice of reform also requires the participation and support of the broad masses of the people in terms of social effects. The complexity of grass-roots public security work, but also need us to have a clear understanding. To this end, we compiled a research article from Jilin University’s “2011 Plan” judicial and civilized collaborative innovation center at Yulong Gang at the grassroots police station to provide a thinking perspective.
