1997年云南电力工作会议暨云南省电力局(公司)二届一次职代会召开了!这次会议的中心议题是:认真贯彻落实党的十四届五中、六中全会精神和中央经济工作会议、全国电力工作会议精神,总结云南电力1996年工作,部署安排1997年工作,努力推进两个根本性转变,加强精神文明建设,开创云南电力工业改革发展的新局面。
