开展群众性的小革小创活动,是邯郸第四瓷厂的优良传统。近年来,我厂把这项工作纳入了全员设备管理体系,有计划、有步骤地层开。3年来,全厂共进行小革小创22项,增效益43.01万元,既解决了设备、技术及工艺上的诸多难题,又满足了生产发展的需要。 结合双增双节活动的开展,我厂还充分挖掘旧设备的效能,用这些设备搞废泥回收再利用项目,生产适合农村需要的产品,每年可为企业创效益30万元。 为了使全员设备管理有一个坚实的群众基础,我厂坚持开展设备管理流动红旗竞赛活动,每月一小评,每季一总评,对竞赛第一名发专项奖金500元。 为养成文明生产和科学生产的良好风气,开展了“5S”活动,即:整理——把紊乱的物品按顺序排列好,清除一切不必要的东西,实行有用物品的定置管理;整顿——整顿生产操作秩序,生产前,把必需的图纸、工具备
