我厂是市县乡镇企业的重点骨干企业.1996年在上级主管部门的正确指导下,认真学习、贯彻执行市政府关于开展“企业管理年”活动的指示精神,结合学邯钢经验,全面加强目标成本管理,取得了一定的成效.在做好主产品红砖生产的同时,努力抓好技改工作,加强对市场调研论证,积极培植新的经济增长点,为企业的发展增强了后劲,全年共生产红砖3800万块,总厂和分厂共完成产值1650万元,销售收入1580万元,实现利税148万元,为我县全面建成小康县做出了积极的贡献.
Our factory is a key enterprise of township and township enterprises in cities and counties. In 1996, under the correct guidance of the superior department in charge, we conscientiously studied and implemented the instructions of the municipal government on carrying out the “Year of Enterprise Management” and combined with the experience of the Institute to fully strengthen our experience. The target cost management has achieved certain results. While doing a good job in the production of red bricks for the main products, we have been striving to do a good job in technical reforms, strengthening market research and verification, and actively fostering new economic growth points, which have enhanced the stamina for the development of enterprises. In the year, a total of 38 million red bricks were produced, and the total output value of the factory and the branch was 16.5 million yuan, sales income was 15.8 million yuan, and profits and taxes were 1.48 million yuan, which made a positive contribution to the completion of the county’s comprehensive construction of the Xiaokang County.
