随着供电企业对电网安全运行要求的不断提高和变电新技术的不断应用,变电运行工人培训内容和复杂程度也不断加大,员工成才周期变长;同时电网的规模快速发展又对变电运行人员数量提出了更高的要求,缩短成才周期和提高培训质量这两者之间的矛盾给运行人员的培训工作带来了新的挑战。因此,需要通过对现有培训工作的总结与思考来完善变电人员的培训工作,提高培训效果,适应电网企业不断发展的要求。
