为了详细了解纺织行业困难企业职工基本生活状况,努力推动国家保障困难企业职工基本生活等有关政策的落实,今年3月至5月,我们先后赴河北、山东、辽宁等3省6市进行了调查。同时,请天津、黑龙江等6省、9市纺织工会对此问题也进行了调查,并于5月召开了部分省、市纺织困难企业职工生活调研会。调查表明;纺织行业困难企业职工生活困难现象既普遍、又严重,在城市中已形成了一个生活困难的居民群体,亟需引起有关方面的高度重视。
In order to understand in detail the basic living conditions of employees in difficult industries in the textile industry, and to promote the implementation of policies concerning the basic life of the employees of the state’s hard-to-find enterprises, we conducted investigations in March and May this year in three provinces and six cities including Hebei, Shandong, and Liaoning. . At the same time, the textile trade unions of 6 provinces and 9 cities such as Tianjin and Heilongjiang were also asked to investigate this issue. In May, a survey on the life of employees in textile enterprises in some provinces and cities was held. The survey shows that the difficulties in the life of employees in difficult industries in the textile industry are both common and serious. A difficult-to-live resident group has formed in the city and it is urgent for the relevant parties to pay close attention to it.
