目的 评价嫖客的个性特征与嫖娼原因、安全套使用、感染性病可能性的自我评价的关系。方法 对深圳市1998年7月～1999年3月收容的165名嫖客进行问卷调查和量表测定。结果 （1）全部嫖客的16PF得分与常模相同。（2）持强、兴奋、独立的个性特征与嫖娼原因有关。（3）自律的个性特征和安全套使用频率有关系。（4）聪慧、稳定、持强、敏感、自律的个性特征与感染性病可能性高低的自我评价有关系。结论 嫖客的个性特征和普通人没有差别,16PF个别特征与嫖娼行为有联系,因此,安全性行为教育应该针对大众而不能仅仅局限在高危人群中,教育内容应该更强调自律、社会责任和社会认同。
Objective To evaluate the relationship between the personality traits of clients and the reason of prostitution, the use of condoms and the possibility of self-evaluation of STDs. Methods A total of 165 clients who were admitted in Shenzhen from July 1998 to March 1999 were surveyed and measured by questionnaire. Results (1) All clients have the same 16PF score as the norm. (2) strong, exciting, independent personality characteristics and the reasons for whoring. (3) self-discipline personality characteristics and the frequency of condom use. (4) The intelligent, stable, strong, sensitive and self-regulated personality traits are related to the self-evaluation of the possibility of STD. Conclusion There is no difference between the personality characteristics of the clients and ordinary people. Individual characteristics of 16PF are related to the behavior of prostitution. Therefore, the education of safety behavior should focus on the general public and can not be limited to high-risk groups. The content of education should emphasize self-regulation, social responsibility and social identity .
