随着国际旅游岛建设战略全面实施,海南正在步入一个快速发展期。在这一背景下,人们的生产生活方式、思想观念将发生深刻变化,各类利益格局加速调整,各类社会矛盾和问题也将相伴而生,信访工作正面临着新的挑战。能否适应新的发展形势,进一步创新信访工作机制,改进工作方法,提高信访工作的时效性、实效性,直接关系到国际旅游岛建设能否顺利推进。
