国有企业是我国国民经济的重要组成部分,是全面建成小康社会的重要力量,是巩固执政党执政地位的重要基础。现阶段,我国国有企业面临着日益激烈的市场竞争挑战和日趋多元的利益矛盾挑战。在此形势下,如何通过开展企业政工工作来凝聚企业职工的向心力,增强企业的竞争力,就成为现阶段国有企业政工工作者必须思考和探研的问题。本文结合工作实际就新形势下国有企业政工工作谈几点粗浅认识。
State-owned enterprises are an important part of our national economy, an important force for building an overall well-to-do society and an important foundation for consolidating the ruling party’s ruling status. At this stage, the state-owned enterprises in our country are faced with the increasingly fierce market competition challenge and increasingly diversified interest conflicts. Under such circumstances, how to carry out the work of enterprise politics to unite the employees’ centripetal force and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises becomes the issue that political workers in state-owned enterprises must think and explore at this stage. This article combined with the actual work of the state-owned enterprises under the new situation about some superficial understanding of political work.
