1 信息市场环境的构成信息市场环境的构成不同于物质市场环境,因为物质市场环境的构成主要侧重于研究企业卖方在“买方市场”条件下所面临的市场营销环境。而对于信息市场环境的构成来说,就绝不能只站在卖方的角度来看待这个问题了。这是因为:若从宏观上考察我国信息市场的运行状况,许多人认为,现阶段我国信息市场还处于其发展的初级阶段,具有明显的不发达性,这决定了在较长时期内,大部分信息产品是供不应求的。因此,这部分信息市场的特征呈现为卖方市场,在这种市场态势下,由于有效信息产品的供不应求和无效信息产品的供过于求(其实质还是无货供应),因此总体上呈现为供不应求。
