“农业气象资料审核及报表制作系统”的研制是以中国气象局1994年下发的《农业气象观测规范》为依据研制的。建库内容和审核内容盖含了农气观测和农气审核95％的内容,增加了相关审核功能和基数计算功能。同时建立了农业气象资料数据库,为以后农业气象服务打下一个良好的基础。本系统是1999年研制,2000年试运行,现已投入业务运行。
The development of the system of agricultural meteorological data auditing and reporting was developed on the basis of “Agricultural Meteorological Observation Norms” issued by China Meteorological Administration in 1994. The contents of the database and the contents of the review cover 95% of the contents of the agricultural gas observation and farmland gas examination, and the related audit functions and base calculation functions are added. At the same time, a database of agricultural meteorological data was established, laying a good foundation for future agricultural meteorological services. The system was developed in 1999, 2000 trial operation, is now put into business operation.
