为了能够准确地对数控机床进行故障诊断,深入地研究了支持向量机故障诊断的方法。提出了最小二乘支持向量机的基本理论;提出了遗传模拟退火算法;进行了实例研究,结果表明该方法具有较高的故障诊断能力。
In order to be able to accurately diagnose CNC machine tools, the method of fault diagnosis of SVM is deeply studied. The basic theory of least squares support vector machine is proposed. The genetic simulated annealing algorithm is proposed. The case study is carried out. The results show that this method has higher ability of fault diagnosis.
