针对磁放大器式电源埋弧自动焊机设计了单片机控制系统。通过焊接电流反馈PI算法动态调节电源外特性；通过电压反馈PI算法调节送丝速度，实现了焊接规范的全闭环控制。使焊机具有参数预置、规范销定、数字显示及自动引弧和收弧等功能。
For the magnetic amplifier power submerged arc welding machine designed SCM control system. Through the welding current feedback PI algorithm to dynamically adjust the power supply external characteristics; through the voltage feedback PI algorithm to adjust the wire feed speed, to achieve a full closed-loop control of welding specifications. The parameters of the welder with preset, specifications pin set, digital display and automatic arc and arc closing and other functions.
