石油部管道技术中心站站委会暨大型河流穿跨越工程技术讨论会于1986年1月6～10日在徐州召开。参加会议的有石油部基建局、科技司、运销司、部情报所、管道技术中心站委单位以及交通部、煤炭部、水电部等所属单位的专家、工程技术人员共70余人。与会者围绕着大型河流穿跨越工程进行了讨论和交流。会上还宣读了“魏荆管线江汉斜拉索桥大跨越工程”、“鲁宁线穿越长江工程”等五篇论文,与会代表们对南京长江穿越技术进行了认真热烈的探讨。会议最后定出了中心站1986年的活动计划,具体落实了1986～1987年间11个项目的科研规划。
Petroleum Pipeline Technology Center Station Station and large-scale river crossing across the project technical seminar in January 1986 6 to 10 held in Xuzhou. More than 70 experts, engineers and technicians from the Ministry of Petroleum, Infrastructure and Technology Bureau, Science and Technology Department, Shipping and Marketing Department, Ministry of Information Industry, Pipeline Technology Center Station Committee, Ministry of Communications, Ministry of Coal Industry, Ministry of Water Resources and other units attended the conference. Participants held discussions and exchanges around the large-scale river crossing spanning project. At the meeting, five essays were also read out, including the “Great Leaping Project of Wei River Pipeline Jianghan Cable Stayed Bridge” and “Lu Ning Line Crossing the Yangtze River Project.” Delegates made a serious and vigorous discussion on the Nanjing Yangtze River crossing technology. The conference finally set out the activity plan of the central station in 1986 and concretely implemented the scientific research plan of 11 projects from 1986 to 1987.
