This paper presents the principle and method of fuzzy set analysis for water quality comprehensive evaluation. Including the classification criteria for the soft classification of rational classification number, the single factor and fuzzy weight matrix concept. This method provides a complete theoretical model for the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of water environment assessment.
