[目的/意义]对国内外公共图书馆社会包容的研究及实践展开调研,以期为国内公共图书馆的社会包容服务提供有益的建议。[方法/过程]从运行指标、法律保障、服务举措、服务环境4个方面,对公共图书馆的社会包容性进行比较分析,进而提出提升社会包容性的4项对策。[结果/结论]公共图书馆要从树立普遍包容的服务理念、构建多元便捷的资源体系,包容和关爱各类阅读群体以及打造人性化服务环境等方面,进一步提升包容服务的水平。
[Purpose / Significance] Conduct research on the research and practice of social inclusion of public libraries both at home and abroad with a view to providing useful suggestions for the social inclusion services of domestic public libraries. [Method / Process] Four aspects of the social inclusiveness of public libraries are compared and analyzed from four aspects: operation index, legal guarantee, service initiatives and service environment, and then four countermeasures are proposed to enhance social inclusiveness. [Results / Conclusion] Public libraries should further improve the level of inclusive services in terms of establishing a universal and inclusive service concept, building a diversified and convenient resource system, embracing and caring for all kinds of reading groups and creating a humanized service environment.
