最近,代理行政复议的河南省西峡县车主王金伍坐不住了。王金伍自学法律成才,因替司机打官司在当地成了“名人”。他受车主们委托,以邮寄方式发出多封书面行政复议申请书,一直等到过了答复期,均未收到执法机关的任何答复。
