国内外对环境污染与经济增长之间关系研究都是从经济发展或人均收入的角度分析了经济增长导致了环境污染先恶化后改善趋势,但忽略了产业结构调整对环境污染的影响,而且也没有揭示出二者相互作用的机理。因此本文从产业结构调整的视角来分析产业结构调整与环境污染的耦合机制与演变机理,并以甘肃为例进行了实证分析,得出了产业结构调整虽然促进了经济发展,但同时也带来了巨大环境压力的结论。而且不同产业由于性质差异所产生的污染也各不相同,因此要优化产业结构,才能实现经济社会的可持续发展。
