直肠肛管常见的疾病主要有痔、肛瘘、肛裂和直肠脱垂等。随着人们对肛肠外科的日益重视,近年来有关这些疾病治疗的报道逐渐增多。本文结合有关文献做一概述。一、痔 1.注射疗法:季润清报道用消痔灵注射液(北京广安门医院处方)行内痔粘膜下层注射法治疗痔疮252例,治愈率达97.2％(245/252)好转7例(2.8％)。一次注射治愈226例(89.7％)。痊愈所需时间平均为8.5天。董耀林报道用消痔灵治疗三期内痔100例,痊愈98例,好转2例。值得注意的是,叶世堂报道用消痔灵注射治疗内痔引起直肠狭窄3例,经手术
Rectal anal diseases are common hemorrhoids, anal fistula, anal fissure and rectal prolapse. As people pay more attention to anorectal surgery, reports on the treatment of these diseases have been gradually increasing in recent years. This article is an overview of the relevant literature.
