职工教育属教育范畴,它与现代企业制度的建立、发展之间具有内在的联系。中行系统的职工教育是以中行的经营管理为中心的,因而职工教育质量的高低直接关系到中行经营管理的好坏。近年来,中行十分重视职工教育,对促进各项业务的蓬勃发展起到了很好的推动作用。然而,在职教过程中,还存在着一些影响教育质量的问题,笔者试就这一问题作一些初浅的探讨。一、思想认识不到位,存在差异性。职工教育的目的是培养大批合格劳动者。
Staff education belongs to the category of education, which is intrinsically linked with the establishment and development of the modern enterprise system. BOC system of employee education is based on the management of Bank of China, so the level of employee education directly relates to the quality of Bank of China management. In recent years, BOC attaches great importance to employee education and has played a very good role in promoting the vigorous development of various businesses. However, in the process of vocational education, there are still some problems that affect the quality of education. I try to make some preliminary discussions on this issue. First, the ideological understanding is not in place, there are differences. The purpose of employee education is to train a large number of qualified workers.
