2001年11月,由中国石油一建公司等单位承建的抚顺石化公司18kt/a重油接触裂解制乙烯工业化实验装置(简称HCC工程)隆重举行中交仪式,这标志着我国重油制乙烯技术处于国际领先水平。 我国传统的制乙烯技术采用的是轻质馏分为原料的管式炉蒸汽裂解制乙烯工艺。由于我国原油普遍偏重,一般石脑油和直馏轻柴油的产率仅为三分之一左右。随着国家对乙烯需求量的逐年增加,管式炉裂解法所需要的烃类供应越来越不能满足市场需求,迫切需要充分利用重质馏分原料资源来发展乙烯工业。 HCC工程所采用的重油接触裂解制乙烯技术,是洛阳石化工程公司借鉴成熟的重油催化裂化工艺和工程技术上开发
In November 2001, Sinopec R & D Ceremony of 18kt / a Heavy Oil Contact Decomposition Ethylene Industrialization Experimental Unit (HCC Project) was carried out by Fushun Petrochemical Company contracted by CNPC Construction Company and other units, which marked that China’s heavy oil ethylene technology is in the international Leading level. China’s traditional ethylene technology used in the light fraction of raw materials for the tube furnace steam cracking ethylene process. Due to the general emphasis on crude oil in China, the yield of naphtha and straight-run light diesel oil is only about one third. As the national demand for ethylene increases year by year, the hydrocarbon supply needed by the tube furnace cracking method can not meet the market demand increasingly. Therefore, it is urgent to make full use of the resources of heavy distillate raw materials to develop the ethylene industry.
