近日从广州市教育局获悉,该局2015年拟申办校园经典阅读建设工程,为全市1400多所中小学各免费配备200本经典书目,投入近3000万人民币。广州近年来大力推动经典教育,在青少年中弘扬中华民族传统文化的精髓。从2009年起,广州就已在全市中小学中启动了诵读中华经典美文表演大赛活动,覆盖1484所中小学和中职学校。大学生经典美文知识诵读大赛也在市属高校成功举办三届。
