本文介绍了XFZ—8型浮选柱气泡发生器的工作特性,浮选柱的新式结构,以及在选煤厂试验结果。试验证明,该浮选柱具有浮选技术经济指标良好、能耗低、占地面积小、结构简单、运转可靠、操作方便、生产维修费用低等优点。
This paper introduces the working characteristics of the XFZ-8 flotation column bubble generator, the new structure of the flotation column, and the test results at the coal preparation plant. Experiments show that the flotation column has the advantages of good economic indicators of flotation technology, low energy consumption, small footprint, simple structure, reliable operation, convenient operation and low production and maintenance costs.
