目的:探析胎儿鼻后三角在妊娠早期筛查颜面部畸形中的作用。方法:选取我院2014年3月—2016年3月间行妊娠早期筛查的80例孕妇为观察对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组孕妇给予二维超声检查,观察组孕妇给予断层超声显像检查,对两组检查结果予以比较。结果:在冠状切面与矢状切面图像中,对照组与观察组的图像合格率及评分比较无显著差异(P>0.05);但观察组横切面图像合格率明显高于对照组,组间对比存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:在妊娠早期筛查面部畸形中,断层超声显像、二维超声检查均可有效显示胎儿鼻后三角,为唇腭裂诊断提供了可靠参考,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the role of fetal nasal posterior triangle in the screening of facial deformities in early pregnancy. Methods: Eighty pregnant women who were screened during the first trimester of pregnancy in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 were selected as observation subjects and randomly divided into control group and observation group, 40 cases in each group. Pregnant women in the control group were given two-dimensional ultrasonography, and the pregnant women in the observation group were given tomographic ultrasound examination. The results of the two groups were compared. Results: In the coronal section and sagittal section images, there was no significant difference between the control group and the observation group (P> 0.05). However, the cross-sectional image passing rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group There was a significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion: In the first trimester screening facial deformity, tomographic imaging and two-dimensional ultrasonography can effectively display fetal nasal posterior triangle, which provides a reliable reference for the diagnosis of cleft lip and palate. It is worthy of clinical application.
