目的探讨对行膝关节镜治疗的半月板损伤患者采用的护理干预及效果。方法随机抽取2016年2月至2017年2月本院收治的半月板损伤采用膝关节镜治疗的患者100例,分为X组(n=50)和Y组(n=50)。Y组进行常规护理,X组在Y组的基础上进行护理干预。对比X、Y两组的护理效果。结果相较于Y组的护理效果(护理满意度、关节血肿率以及膝关节功能评分),X组较优(P<0.05),具备一定的统计学意义。结论行膝关节镜治疗的半月板损伤患者采用的护理干预可以显著提高护理满意度,改善患者的膝关节功能,值得借鉴和推广。
Objective To explore the nursing interventions and their effects on patients with meniscal damage treated with knee arthroscopy. Methods A total of 100 patients with knee meniscus injuries treated in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were randomly divided into two groups: group X (n = 50) and group Y (n = 50). Group Y was given routine care, Group X was nursing intervention on the basis of group Y. Compare X, Y care effects of two groups. Results Compared with the results of nursing care (nursing satisfaction, joint hematoma rate and knee function score) in group Y, group X was superior to that in group Y (P <0.05), which had certain statistical significance. Conclusion Nursing intervention in patients with meniscus injury treated with knee arthroscopy can significantly improve nursing satisfaction and improve knee joint function in patients, which is worth learning from and promoting.
