校企“双主体”人才培养模式源自于德国“双元制”办学的启发。“双主体”中的一个主体是高职高专院校,另一个主体是合作单位,如医院。办学双方深度融合,共同推进合作办学、合作育人、合作就业、合作发展。校企“双主体”办学是当前高职高专教育的主要发展方向,是推进专业与产业对接、职业与岗位对接、实现高等职业教育人才培养模式改革的着力点。我校与安庆市第一人民医院合作,在医学检验技术专业构建“双主体”办学模式,共同培养高职高专学

Our school cooperates with the First People’s Hospital of Anqing City to set up a “dual-subject” mode of running a school in medical inspection technology to jointly train higher vocational and technical colleges
