目的 探讨早期乳腺癌保乳手术的疗效及整形效果。方法 从 1996年 5月到 2 0 0 0年 3月为 2 3例早期乳腺癌患者施行保乳手术 ,术后给予化疗及辅助放疗。本文拟将本组病例与同期早期乳腺癌施行改良根治术 5 0例 ,做以比较 ,观察保乳手术是否与根治手术存在疗效上的差异。结果 施行保乳手术组与对照组在预后上没有明显差异 ,乳房整形效果良好。结论 早期乳腺癌保乳手术与改良根治术近期疗效相似 ,且满足了患者保留乳房的愿望 ,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effect and the shaping effect of breast conserving surgery in early breast cancer. Methods From May 1996 to March 2000, 23 breast cancer patients underwent breast-conserving surgery and received chemotherapy and adjuvant radiotherapy after operation. This article intends to this group of patients with early stage breast cancer over the same period modified radical mastectomy 50 cases, to do a comparison to observe the effect of breast conserving surgery and radical surgery there are differences. Results There was no significant difference in prognosis between breast-conserving surgery group and control group, and breast-shaping effect was good. Conclusion Early breast conserving surgery and modified radical mastectomy have similar curative effect in the short term, and meet the desire of breast conserving patients, which is worth promoting.
