总结自1991年5月至1994年12月对22例膀胱癌、2例结核性膀胱挛缩病人行膀胱全切胃代膀胱术后，出现的遗尿现象，实施有计划、有步骤、循序渐进的功能锻炼，使病人建立起新的随意控尿机制，排尿功能基本接近常人，提高了病入的生活质量。
To summarize the occurrence of enuresis after bladder resection of the bladder in 22 cases of bladder cancer and 2 cases of tuberculous bladder contracture from May 1991 to December 1994, and to implement planned, step-by-step, step-by-step functional exercises. The patient has established a new random urinary control mechanism. The urinary excretion function is basically similar to that of an ordinary person, which improves the quality of life of the patient.
