课掌教学评价是教育评价中的一个项目。为了克服议其一点不及其余,见仁见智各执一端或一人定调众人附和等等倾向,评价一堂课必须依据教育目标和评价理论制定的指标体系,以教师在课堂内的教学活动及相关反应为对象,利用可行的评价技术对教师的授课能力与水平进行价值判断。为此,在教育评价的前提下,从教学论角度出发,用教学质量的四条标准,对一堂课的五个主要因素全面分析,由此作出综合结论,在小学教学中是可行的。 教学质量的四条标准是指: 知识标准:依纲扣本,狠抓双基,教师讲授无误,学生学有所得。 发展标准:在传授知识的过程中发展学生的智力、体力,培养能力,并顾及特长的发展。 教育标准:寓教育于教学之中,对学生进行思想,心理(主要是非智力因素)等方面的教育。
