肾炎是一种常见病、多发病,治疗较为棘手。尤是慢性肾炎,至今还没有实效的方法,也不能防止其发展,因此治疗只限于对症治疗。用中医药治疗慢性肾炎,已出现可喜苗头。特别是动物实验的引入,使过去很少进行的中医药治疗肾炎机理研究及药理研究取得了一定成果。为了进一步促进肾炎的实验研究,现根据国内近年来文献资料及我们在进行慢性肾炎动物实验中的体会进行综述,并提出初步设想。
Nephritis is a common and frequently-occurring disease, and treatment is more difficult. Especially chronic nephritis, there is still no effective method, can not prevent its development, so treatment is limited to symptomatic treatment. Chinese medicine has been used to treat chronic nephritis, and there have been promising signs. In particular, the introduction of animal experiments has led to some achievements in the mechanism research and pharmacological studies of nephritis that have rarely been conducted in the past. In order to further promote the experimental study of nephritis, according to the domestic literature in recent years and our understanding of the experience in animal experiments in chronic nephritis, and made a preliminary vision.
