以发热、眩晕、呕吐、腹泻为主症的疾病,一年四季皆有发生。笔者发现,每到夏季,发生此类病证,患家常以为“中暑”,服藿香正气水(丸),有些医生也随意诊为“中暑”,常规投以藿香之剂。孰不知,盛夏之季,天气炎热,虽易中暑,但发热、眩晕、呕吐、腹泻之症绝非中暑仅有,且藿香之剂更非对一切中暑有宜,现撷取3例,以述管见。例1 张××,男,39岁,农民,1986年7月22日初诊。
