研究了球磨过程中选用钢球、玛瑙球和氧化锆三种不同材质的磨球对SiC纳米颗粒在Al中分散性的影响。结果表明,在其它试验参数相同的情况下,用三种不同材质的磨球所获得的混合粉形态有很大差异,采用氧化锆磨球可以更好地使SiC纳米颗粒均匀分散在Al基体中,而用钢球和玛瑙球则易产生混合粉的团聚。对用氧化锆球进行球磨后的复合粉在773K的温度下加压100MPa热压烧结制得了组织成分均匀的块体纳米复合材料。其力学性能与同成分的普通复合材料相比有明显提高。
The effects of three kinds of ball, agate ball and zirconia balls on the dispersibility of SiC nano-particles in Al were studied. The results show that, with the same experimental parameters, the shape of the mixed powder obtained by using three kinds of balls is very different. Using zirconia balls can better disperse the SiC nanoparticles uniformly in the Al matrix , But with the ball and agate ball is easy to produce mixed powder reunion. The zirconia ball milling composite powder at a temperature of 773K under pressure 100MPa hot-pressed to obtain a uniform composition of the bulk nanocomposites. The mechanical properties of the same composition with the ordinary composite material has significantly improved.
