音乐教学技能一般是指在课堂教学中教师依据教学理论,运用专业知识及教学经验促进学生实现教学目标的一系列教学行为方式。因此,教学技能具有很强的操作性。现实中,教师教学技能水平的高低直接影响着教学目标的实现。而课堂教学活动不是孤立的、即兴的教学行为,是复杂的、并能对课堂教学进行实质性影响的前期教学行为和后期信息反馈。那么我们音乐教师该如何修炼基本功呢?以往,一般多采用听课、看音乐教育杂志的方法,从整体上通过耳濡目染的方式自我训练。然而效果不尽人意。实践
