我国民营企业的自然淘汰率非常高,深究其短寿原因,不成熟的利益相关者管理是其重要原因之一。依据民营企业的发展规模和经营效益将其生命周期归结为4个阶段:震荡期、稳定前期、稳定期、后稳定期,着重考察了不同生命周期阶段民营企业的典型特征,并对关键利益相关者进行了识别,对民营企业生命周期各阶段关键利益相关者(股东和债权人、顾客、管理者、政府、员工)分别提出相应的管理路径。对我国民营企业既具有典型的参考价值,又具有普适的借鉴意义。
The natural elimination rate of private-owned enterprises in our country is very high. The reason for its short-livedness is deeply investigated. Immature stakeholder management is one of the important reasons. Based on the scale of development and operating efficiency of private-owned enterprises, the life cycle of the private-owned enterprises is reduced to four stages: the shock period, the pre-stabilization period, the stabilization period and the post-stabilization period. Emphasis is laid on the typical characteristics of private enterprises in different life stages and the key stakeholders , Identified the key stakeholders (shareholders and creditors, customers, managers, governments, employees) of the private enterprise at each stage of the life cycle to put forward the corresponding management approaches respectively. It has typical reference value to private enterprises in our country and also has universal reference value.
