曲柄摇杆机构是机器制造业中广泛采用的一种机构。影响这种机构运动和传力特性的因素主要有:从动摇杆的摆角ψ、行程速比系数K、连杆与曲柄长度的比值α及传动角γ等。上述四个因素间的关系如何?在一定的条件下ψ或K的最大值为多少?按给定的ψ和K怎样合理确定该机构的尺寸?这些都是设计者迫切需要解决的问题。为此作者将曲柄摇杆机构区分为两种类型,分别提供了在给定许用传动角的条件下ψ、K和α的关系线图。现将这种机构的设计计算方法介绍如下。一、曲柄摇杆机构的两种类型
Crank and rocker mechanism is widely used in machinery manufacturing industry. Factors that affect the movement and transmission force characteristics of this mechanism are: rocking lever swing angle ψ, coefficient of travel speed ratio K, connecting rod and crank length ratio α and the transmission angle γ and so on. What is the relationship between the above four factors? Under certain conditions, what is the maximum value of ψ or K? How to determine the size of the mechanism according to the given ψ and K? These are the problems that designers need to solve urgently. For this reason, the authors classify the crank-rocker mechanisms into two types, which respectively provide the relationship diagrams of ψ, K and α for a given allowable transmission angle.
