作者用多种表面分析技术考察了MoS_2转移膜在50～300℃温度下的失效及其对摩面的化学效应,其中主要是氧化反应。作者认为,在MoS_2转移膜的润滑中控制和利用这种氧化反应是值得注意的问题。
The authors used a variety of surface analysis techniques investigated MoS_2 transfer film at 50 ~ 300 ℃ temperature failure and its chemical effect on the friction surface, which is mainly the oxidation reaction. The authors believe that controlling and utilizing this oxidation reaction in the lubrication of MoS_2 transfer films is a notable issue.
