东津镇凡坡村一村民来信反映:我村有两农户因宅基地发生争执。甲先建房;乙建房时,宅基地多于生产队的规定,所以生产队将乙多占的地划出,在甲、乙两户之间规划出一条约6米宽的公用路。去年春,甲说此公用路已于1994年划归自己,要在此公用路上强行建房,在距乙户房屋0.7米处,挖出一条长9米、宽0.6米、深0.8米的沟。此沟对乙户的房屋有危害,亦妨碍乙户出入。村民委
