升板灵糖浆对小鼠造血功能的影响

升板灵糖浆以3种剂量进行药效学观察,给药后能明显升高环磷酰胺和~(60)Co所致小鼠血小板减少,同时升高血中白细胞和血红蛋白等,对骨髓有核细胞总数亦有提高作用。

The pharmacodynamic observation of Shengbanling syrup with 3 doses could significantly increase the thrombocytopenia induced by cyclophosphamide and ~(60)Co in mice, and increase the leucocyte and hemoglobin in the blood. The total number of nuclear cells also has an increasing effect.
